Is there a limit on how many medications I can add?
No. Add as many medications and supplements as you take — the list is unlimited and free.
Is my health data private?
Your data lives on your device and the app works without a connection; when you are online it syncs to your own private account. There are no ads and no advertising SDKs in the app, we never ask for your location or region, and we never sell your data.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Reminders, logging and your recent history work fully offline; changes sync when you reconnect.
What if my phone stops delivering reminders?
The app checks whether the system is still allowed to deliver them. If something switched them off or a battery optimiser is throttling them, you get a banner and step-by-step help for your specific phone — instead of silence.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. FlowByFlow is free, including cycle-synced schedules and unlimited medications. A paid plan may come later for extras. Any change to what is free will be published on the pricing page before it takes effect.
