Delete your FlowByFlow account
This page explains how to delete your account in FlowByFlow, the medication reminder app for iOS and Android, and what happens to your data when you do. You can delete it yourself in the app in a few taps, or ask us by email.

Delete your account in the app
- Open FlowByFlow and go to the Profile tab (it reads Profiles when you have more than one profile).
- Scroll down to the Account section and tap Logout.
- In the dialog that opens, tap Log Out & Delete Account.
- Confirm with Delete Account.
- If you signed in with email and password, Google or Apple, the app may ask you to sign in again to confirm it is you. Once you have, the deletion finishes.
The deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. It needs an internet connection; if the connection drops, the app tells you, and trying again safely finishes the job. A guest account, without an email address, is deleted the same way.
Afterwards the app signs you out on that device and cancels its scheduled reminders.
Delete your account without the app
No longer have the app? Email support@flowbyflow.app from the address on your account, or tell us which account you use, and ask us to delete it. We erase the account and everything in it within 30 days of your request.
What is deleted
Everything stored in your account on our servers:
- the sign-in record itself (your email address, or the link to your Google or Apple sign-in);
- every profile in the account, including child and parent profiles;
- all medications, with their schedules and dose history, stock counts and refill history, prescription reminders and notes;
- cycle data: periods, cycle history and predictions;
- your settings and your devices’ push-notification tokens.
What is kept, and for how long
- Crash and error reports your device has already sent to Google Crashlytics and Sentry are kept by those services for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. They never contain health data — no medicine names, dose records, cycle data or notes — and no email address: only an internal account identifier, which points to nothing once the account is gone.
Nothing else from your account is kept.
Delete some of your data and keep your account
You can delete individual data in the app at any time without deleting the account. Each such deletion is permanent and applies on our servers too.
- A medication and its dose history: open the medication and choose Delete.
- Cycle data: a single period from the periods calendar on the cycle screen, or everything at once — periods, symptoms and cycle history — with Reproductive data → Delete cycle data on the cycle screen.
- A profile and everything in it: in the Profile tab, tap the profile card, then Delete profile. An account always keeps at least one profile, so the last one goes only with the account itself.
If something cannot be removed this way, email us and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
